Coalition Adds Managing Director
March 5, 2007
The Coalition to Preserve Independent Contractor Status is pleased to announce that David Morgenstern has joined the organization and will serve as its Managing Director.
David will be managing the marketing, development and organizational growth of the Coalition. Prior to coming to the Coalition, David directed advocacy and development in New York and New Jersey for AIPAC, a highly respected foreign policy lobby. Previously, he was the Director of the Center for International Concerns at the JCRC of Philadelphia.
He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and is pursuing an M.A. in Security Policy Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
As Independent Contractors and their clients come under increasing attack from government at the federal and state level, the Coalition continues to expand its activities and its presence on Capitol Hill and around the country. David will be an integral component of our renewed campaign to preserve Independent Contractor status in America.
